Q: How should I measure my bandsaw blade?

A: Take one of your old blades and cut it in half, lay it out flat and measure the length in inches. (Please note: wrong measured blades can not be returned!)

  • Pitch is the distance from the tip of one tooth to the next. This is the common terminology used with wood blades.
  • TPI is the number of teeth per inch. This is the common terminology used in metal cutting blades.

Q: How will my Canadian order ship?

A: Most Orders within BC will be shipped by Loomis ( except remote locations – they go by regular mail), out of Province will be sent by regular Mail as Expedited Parcel.

Q: How will my US order ship?

A: All US orders will be mailed by US Mail as Expedited Parcel

Q: What are your shipping rates?

A: Blade orders of 15 blades or more ship free! All other orders have a handling fee of $10 plus shipping charges as followed:

Q: Can I pick up my order at your store?

A: Yes, Orders can be picked up at our Store but a Phone appointment has to be made ahead of time to ensure a person will be available at the front desk to handle the paper work.

Q: What Payment Options do you have?

A: We accept Visa Card and Master Card. Please note: Debit Cards can not be accepted over the phone.

COD can be arranged for a extra charge of $10 ( only available for Canadian Customers )

Q: What if I can't find a Part?

A: It is possible that we have parts on hand that are not listed on our website. Please contact us per phone or email together with your parts number and description and we gladly check our inventory for you or special order a part in if needed.

Q: What is your return policy?

30-Day Period: Our 30-day period starts when the product is delivered. Returned items must be shipped (in transit) by the 30th calendar day after their arrival. Our welds are 100% Guaranteed.

Timeframe: We ask that you please allow 2-3 weeks for a refund or reshipment to process. If you need an immediate replacement we can bill via the original pay method and credit you upon receipt of the product.
